GROUND BREAKING - The Cornerstone Apartments !

On Friday, May 14th, 2021 we were proud to host a "GROUND BREAKING" ceremony for the Cornerstone Apartments, located at 4160 Poison Spider Rd, Mills, WY. The event was well attended by the key staff and officials of the City of Mills, which included Mayor Coleman, members of the Wyoming Community Development Authority, Mountain Plains Equity Group, First Bank of Wyoming, members of the area Chamber of Commerce as well as management officials from Beacon Management.
Construction began June of 2021 with an anticipated construction completion of October 2022.

531 Grand is a mixed use development in Downtown Kansas City Missouri featuring 185 luxury apartment units, 10,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, garage parking, resort style amenities including an elevated pool, patio, clubroom, fitness center, and amazing skyline views.
The project is located in the River Market area of KC and is one block from the newly completed streetcar line. Construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2017.

"Cornerstone Associates LLC, plans to develop the 185-unit project on vacant ground at 531 Grand Blvd. It will include five floors of studio through two-bedroom units on top of a two-story parking pedestal.
Plans call for 10,000 square feet of street-level retail on the Grand Boulevard side of the pedestal and an outdoor swimming pool on part of the parking structure's roof. Other amenities will include a club room, fitness center and private apartment balconies."

FORT COLLINS, CO — A $15 million attainable* housing project for seniors that will overlook the Cache la Poudre has won City Council approval, after having run into stiff resistance from environmentalists.
The Legacy Senior Residences project is the second project proposed for the River Downtown Redevelopment (RDR) District, an area north of Old Town Fort Collins, identified by the City as an "area ripe for redevelopment". Developments within the RDR District are "exempt" from the 300-foot River Development Buffer, as a "Development Incentive."
